1. Who we are
This site and the private passenger transport service are operated by QTIME Ltda., Tax ID (RUT) 76.113.774-5, domiciled at Apoquindo 6410, Las Condes, Santiago, Chile (“RoundTrip”). By booking a service you accept these terms.
2. The service
RoundTrip provides private transfers to and from Santiago Airport (SCL), ski-resort transfers, winery tours and special trips, with a driver. The assigned vehicle matches the booked category (sedan, SUV, van or other) subject to availability and the number of passengers.
3. Bookings, prices and payment
The price is shown at the time of quoting and includes the transfer in the chosen category. Rates are in Chilean pesos (CLP). Payment is made through the methods enabled on the site (WebPay/Flow gateway and others) or as agreed for company accounts. The booking is confirmed once payment or the corresponding confirmation is received.
4. Passenger obligations
The passenger must provide correct flight, address, date, time and passenger-count information, and be available at the agreed place and time. RoundTrip is not liable for delays caused by incorrect information provided by the passenger.
5. Liability
RoundTrip provides the service with professional drivers and vehicles in good condition. Our liability is limited to the value of the contracted service. We are not liable for indirect damages or for force-majeure events (weather, road closures, authority restrictions, among others) beyond our control.
6. Luggage
Luggage capacity depends on the vehicle category and is indicated in each quote. Oversized luggage (sports equipment, wheelchairs, etc.) must be reported when booking so the right vehicle is assigned.
7. Cancellations
Cancellations and refunds are governed by our Cancellation Policy.
8. Privacy
The processing of your personal data is governed by our Privacy Policy.
9. Governing law
These terms are governed by Chilean law, in particular Law No. 19,496 on Consumer Rights Protection. Any dispute shall be submitted to the competent courts of Santiago, Chile.
